THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.37047 of 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed alleging that the 4th & 5th respondents are making constructions illegally without obtaining building permission and in the property belonging to the petitioner. According to the petitioners civil disputes are pending in the Civil Court and injunction was granted in favour of the petitioners therein restraining the respondents 4 and 5 herein from undertaking construction. But inspite of the same, construction is being taken up.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, reports that no building permission was granted to respondents 4 and 5 and in fact whatever construction made was already removed. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
