The petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 filed the present application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking to grant anticipatory bail to them in Crime No.175 of 2026 of Banswada Police Station, Kamareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 292, 115(2) and 109 (2) read with Section 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. Heard Mr. K. Anuraag Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been arrested last night and, therefore, this anticipatory bail application has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
