THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8312 OF 2011 ORDER:

It is stated that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 11.07.2016, the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent approached the Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj Department, State of Andhra Pradesh for resolving the dispute which is the subject of the writ petition and the same is pending before the said authority.

In view of the same, the Principal Secretary, Panchayat Raj Department, State of Andhra Pradesh is directed to take steps to resolve the said dispute as per Section 273 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the said order to the Panchayat Secretary. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
