THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 27402 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the 2nd respondent Municipality to dispose of the representation dated 11.02.2015 of the petitioner for assessment of the municipal tax, including approval of plan, in respect of the land admeasuring 480 square yards in Survey No. 173, Madanapalle Municipality, Chittoor District.

Through the representation dated 11.02.2015, the petitioner has requested the 2nd respondent authorities to collect the cist and also the vacant land tax as per the Rules.

Since the prayer in the Writ Petition being limited, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, particularly as to the right, title and possession of the petitioner over the subject property, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent Municipality to consider the representation of the petitioner, if not done so far, pursuant to the interim order of this Court dated 17.08.2016 in W.P.M.P.No. 33943 of 2016. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
