CVNR, J CC.No.2082 of 2018 Dt:10.8.2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 25.9.2012, in Writ Petition No.29902 of 2012. From the record, it is evident that the petitioners have earlier filed a Contempt Case, wherein this Court has ordered notice and the respondents have redressed the grievance of the petitioners thereafter. The petitioners once again filed this Contempt Case stating that there were subsequent encroachments. On the petitioners' own showing, they have filed Writ Petition No.44446 of 2017 complaining of subsequent encroachments and a learned single Judge of this Court by order dated 27.12.2017, granted interim direction to respondent No.1 and the Nellore Municipal Corporation to take action in accordance with law. Therefore, if at all, the petitioners are entitled to avail the remedy of Contempt Case qua the said subsequent interim order. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed.
