It arises out of the order dated.02-09-2015 passed in I.A.No.1288 of 2014 in O.S.No.116 of 2006 on the file of the court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam. A perusal of the case status report of the said court shows that on 01-12-2015 itself the suit was disposed of. Therefore, the cause in the present revision petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
