HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.20576 OF 2007 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandary appearing for the respondents had informed this Court that in pursuance of the interim suspension granted by this Court on 29.10.2007, the petitioner was re-inducted into service and is being continued as such and the interim suspension granted by this Court on 29.10.2007 can be made absolute. In view of the said submission, this Court is of the view that since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by re-inducting him into service, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. The interim suspension granted on 29-10-2007 is made absolute. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
