We have perused the order impugned in the appeal and the statement of the respondent dated 15-06-2015. Keeping that in view and in view of the consent given by learned counsel appearing for the respondent for setting aside the order dated 20-11-2015 insofar as imposing costs of Rs.1,000/- to be paid by the appellants is concerned, we set aside the same.

Writ appeal is accordingly allowed in part and disposed of as such.
