THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5824 of 2011 ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, filed by petitioner is directed against the order dated 03.11.2011 of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam in I.A.No.299 of 2011 in O.S.No.362 of 2010 filed under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure for amendment of the plaint.

2. By the order impugned in this revision, the said application was allowed. However, the suit itself was disposed of on 03.07.2012 as per the note of the registry.

3. There is no representation for both sides.

4. In view of the submission in the note of the registry, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

5. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition, shall stand dismissed.
