This Writ Petition is filed assailing seizure of the lorries bearing registration Nos.AP 31 X 2874, AP 35 V 1119 and OR 10 K 0162, belonging to petitioner Nos.2 to 4, by respondent Nos.3 and 4 vide proceeding in Rc.No.1231/2015/A, dated 09.11.2015. The petitioners sought for a consequential direction to set aside the same.

At the hearing, Mr.K.Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that respondent No.3 has assured the petitioners that the seized lorries would be released after the Writ Petition is withdrawn and that therefore, they intend to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn without adjudicating the case on merits.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.48175 of 2015, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
