ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare order, dated 17.01.2012, in O.P.Nos.39, 43, 47 and 51 of 2011 of respondent No.1, and amended regulation No.45-B Condition No.1(a) of the A.P. Regulatory Commissioner (Conduct of Business) Regulation No.2/1999 notified in A.P. Gazette, dated 22.06.2011, as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner sought for a consequential relief to set aside the aforesaid order and regulation.
At the hearing, Mr.G.V.Saradhi, learned counsel representing Mr.D.V.Nagarjuna Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 31.12.2012 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.51087 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 13th August, 2015 GHN
