THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No. 32792 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri Kasa Jaganmohan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that this writ petition was filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the authorities in paying salaries to the petitioner despite his being continued as a Cardiology Technician in Government General Hospital, Kurnool, pursuant to the interim order dated 27.04.2015 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.2191 of 2015. Learned counsel further states that after institution of this writ petition, the authorities started paying salary to the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition is closed directing the authorities to continue to pay salary to the petitioner as long as he continues in service as Cardiology Technician in Government General Hospital, Kurnool. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
