THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.24918 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in regularising occupation of the petitioner over the land to an extent of 400 square yards in Survey No.275/1-D, North extension area of Adivivaram, Visakhapatnam District as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14,19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to pass orders regularizing the occupation of the petitioner over the said land.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
