HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18241 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 2 to 4 in interfering in the civil disputes in respect of land of petitioner to an extent of Ac.1-28 guntas in Sy.No.485 of Manchirevula Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.4, wherein it is stated in para No.8 that respondents 3 and 4 did not harass, threaten or interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5 with regard to the land in Sy.No.485 of Manchirevula village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by calling the petitioner to the police station at any point of time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that writ petition can be disposed of by recording the aforesaid contents of counter affidavit.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
