The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.1362 of 2014 on the file of the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court at Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
