ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in interfering with the manufacturing and sale of various bio-products referred to in the prayer, by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. I have perused the record. In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the deponent averred that he is engaged in the business of sale and supply of the bio-products manufactured without usage of any toxic chemicals unlike the manufacturing of regular pesticides. He has questioned the alleged interference by the respondent in the said business.

Except ipse dixit of the petitioner, no material is filed by it to substantiate its plea that it has been involved in the activity of manufacture, sale and supply of the various bio-products. In the absence of such evidence, I am not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dt.20.4.2012 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.14149 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
