Heard Sri Mastan Vali Shaik, learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri Prashanth, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Praveen Reddy, learned counsel on record for respondent No.1.

This Transfer Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to transfer C.C.No.118 of 2015 which is pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahaboobnagar, to any of the Courts at Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that basing upon the jurisdiction that existed as on the date of the complaint, the complaint was filed before the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahaboobnagar and indeed, the petitioner and respondent No.1 are residing at Hyderabad and therefore, for the sake of convenience

Dr.CSL, J TrCrlPNo.67 of 2022 of parties and the witnesses, transfer, as prayed for, may be effected.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 endorsing the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondent No.1 would also be benefited by the said transfer.

5. Having regard to the submissions thus made, this Court considers it desirable to grant the relief claimed. 6.

Resultantly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is allowed. C.C.No.118 of 2015 which was pending on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mahaboobnagar and subsequently transferred to the Court of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Mobile Court), Mahaboobnagar, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. In case, there are more than one criminal Courts of competent jurisdiction, the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy is directed to allot the case to any of the Courts at L.B.Nagar.
