Sri S. Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that notwithstanding the interim order dated 13.07.2012, his client did not choose to continue in the service of the respondent organisation. He, therefore, submits that his client does not wish to pursue this writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 13.07.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.

This order shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from availing appropriate remedies with regard to any other grievance that he may have as against the respondent organisation. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 11th March, 2015
