THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION NO.14215 OF 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, seeking to declare the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in attempting to dispossess the petitioners from the lands in Sy.Nos.1266 and 1284, situated in Shamirpet village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as arbitrary, discriminatory, illegal and contrary to the instructions issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.E6/3660/2004 and consequently direct the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the said lands.

The case of the petitioners is that they are in possession of lands in Sy.Nos.1266 and 1284, situated in Shamirpet village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and there is a threat of dispossession in pursuance of the letter of the first respondent in Lr.No.E5/3660/2004, dated -06-2004.

The above proceedings is only a communication from the District Collector, Ranga Reddy to the Mandal Revenue Officer, Shamirpet Mandal, requesting him to stop further course of action for allotment of house sites and not to hand over possession in Sy.No.1266 and 1284, situated at Shamirpet village, till further orders and report compliance. Pursuance thereof, it is represented that no action has been taken and the petitioners are in possession of the lands.

In view of the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to file a representation before the respondents within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, the respondents shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders and till such decision is taken, status quo shall be maintained by both parties. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD, J Date: 22-12-2017.
