These Writ Petitions can be disposed of by this common order.
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the facts in the present batch of cases warrant application of the common order of this Court dated 07.07.2015 rendered in Writ Petition Nos. 19970 of 2015 and batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and learned Government Pleader for Higher Education.
Following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 19770 of 2015 and batch, dated 07.07.2015 and for the reasons stated therein, these Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petitions shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
