19.01.2022 LK,J I.A.No. 1 of 2021 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed vide order dated 28.09.2021 while granting bail to petitioners that they shall appear before the Station House Officer on every Sunday between 10.00 and 11.00 a.m.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners are complying with the said condition and cooperating with the investigation. It is submitted that it has become very difficult for petitioners to attend before the Station House Officer on every Sunday because of their occupation, hence, the said condition may be relaxed. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that petitioners have been appearing before the Station House Officer and are cooperating with the investigation.

In view of the same, the condition to appear before the Station House Officer on every Sunday is relaxed.
