CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No. 26011 of 2017 ORDER (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed feeling aggrieved by nonimplementation of order dated 19.04.2016 to the extent it relates to O.A.No.5055 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'). At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services (TS) placed before this Court proceedings vide Rc.No.B/3158/2016 dated 29.08.2017 issued by respondent No.1 according notional seniority to the petitioner on par with DSC-2012 candidates basing on her joining date. A consequential direction was also issued to the Head Master concerned to fix up the pay of the petitioner on par with DSC-2012 candidates with all consequential benefits like arrears of salary and fixation of pay in Revised Pay Scale 2015 by taking her date of joining as prior to 01.07.2013 and extending all monetary benefits. Learned Government Pleader submits that in pursuance of the said direction, the Head Master concerned has fixed the revised pay scale.

The above submissions of the learned Government Pleader are not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
