HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No.2410 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 20.09.2013, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., status quo as on today with regard to the applicant shall be maintained."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits further submits that during the pendency of the writ petition (TR), the petitioner has retired from service and in view of the same no further orders are required in the Writ Petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents has fairly acceded the same.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed and interim order dated 20.09.2013 is also closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to cost.
