THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.125 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 30.08.2011 passed in Crl.A.No.30 of 2010 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cumAdditional District and Sessions Judge at Karimnagar, wherein and whereby reversing the orders dated 17.02.2011 in Cr.M.P.No.2385 of 2010 in D.V.C.No.54 of 2010 on the file of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, (P.C.R.), Karimnagar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main D.V.C.No.54 of 2010 is pending. He further submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
