HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26292 OF 2012 O R D E R :

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent-Municipality that the subject matter of the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 01.09.2015, passed by this Court in WP.No.25167 of 2012, which is also disposed of in terms of WP.No.25969 of 2012.

Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 01.09.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.25167 of 2012. However, it is open for the respondent-Municipality to follow procedure under Section 174 of the A.P.Municipalities Act, 1965. If the petitioner does not agree for compensation fixed under Section 174 of the Act, the respondent Municipality shall initiate proceedings under Land Acquisition Act. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
