This writ petition is filed by an employee of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for BSNL brought to the notice of this Court that the jurisdiction to adjudicate the issue raised by the writ petitioner in this writ petition vests with the Central Administrative Tribunal and that therefore the issue involved in this writ petition is to be resolved by the said Tribunal. Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad bench, for disposal in accordance with the procedure established by law.
