THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13789 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in terminating the service of the petitioners vide Resolution No.4, dated 17.07.2004 and Proceedings dated 07.07.2004 in the guise of implementing Act 2 of 1994 i.e., A.P. Ordinance No.11 of 2003 thereafter promulgated as A.P. (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) (Amendment) Ordinance 2003, as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India. No representation is made on behalf of the petitioners on 06.04.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
