This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of Order, dated 30-01-2014, in IA.No.1072 of 2013 in OS.No.754 of 2013, on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

At the hearing, Mr.Y.Ramatirtha, learned Counsel representing Mr.Batchu Laxman, learned Counsel for the appellant, submitted that

CMA.No.386 of 2014, filed against the impugned order by some other respondents/defendants in the suit, was dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by Order, dated 25-08-2014.

As a necessary corollary to dismissal of the said CMA, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is also dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, CMAMP.No.563 of 2014, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
