This contempt case is filled alleging violation of order dated 10-08-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.24856 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that order in the writ petition has been set aside by Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.1319 of by its order dated 12-09-2017 and nothing survives in the contempt case. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
