Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested, therefore, the present Criminal Petition for anticipatory bail has become infructuous

and prayed the Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a regular bail petition.

Recording the submission, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to file a fresh Petition. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
