O R D E R

This writ petition was filed assailing the proceedings dated 26.05.2012 issued by the Commissioner of Endowments Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, whereby the repatriation of the petitioner to his parent institution, the third respondent temple, was sought to be stalled. However, by order dated 20.06.2012, this Court held that the blanket order dated 26.05.2012 stalling the repatriation process was without application of mind and accordingly suspended the same in so far as it pertained to the petitioner. The second respondent, the institution to which the petitioner was sent on deputation/transfer, was directed to relieve the petitioner from its service so that the repatriation process could be completed.

It is now stated that pursuant to the above interim order, the petitioner was relieved by the second respondent temple and thereafter joined the services of his parent institution, the third respondent temple. In the light of the aforestated development, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the second and third respondent temples state that nothing survives in the matter.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ------------------------------------- SANJAY KUMAR, J 10th APRIL, 2015 PGS
