THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.592 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This criminal petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge -cum- I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in Crl.M.P.No.4329 of 2016 dated 28.12.2016 whereby the petitioners are being enlarged on bail imposed a condition to furnish fixed deposits for an amount of Rs.50,000/- each drawn in the name of the court besides execution of bond for Rs.50,000/- each with two sureties each. The main contention of the petitioners before this court is that the petitioners are agricultural coolies and not in a position to furnish fixed deposit for Rs.50,000/-.

Therefore, taking into consideration the financial capacity of the petitioners, fixed deposit for an amount Rs.50,000/- is reduced to Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) by each of the petitioner.
