When these matters are taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioners submitted that he has no instructions to argue these matters, and accordingly, these writ petitions may be closed, however, liberty may be given to the petitioners to pursue their legal remedies in accordance with law, if any cause survives. This Court, having considered the aforesaid submission of counsel for petitioners, is of the considered view that these writ petitions deserve to be closed and are accordingly closed. However, if any cause survives, it is always open for the petitioners to pursue their remedies in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
