THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26507 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the official respondents in permitting respondent Nos.5 and 6 to convert zeriot lands in R.S. No.139/3 of Jakkara Village, Kalla Mandal, West Godavari District into prawn/fish tanks, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
