HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT APPEAL No.916 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This writ appeal is filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent by the petitioner in W.P.No.3300 of 2015 aggrieved by the order dated 02.04.2015 in the said Writ Petition, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

When the matter is called for hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant as admitted by learned counsel for the respondents that the subject matter of this writ appeal is covered by the judgment, dated 12.11.2015, passed by this Court in W.A.No.877 of 2015. A copy of the said judgment is also placed on record. In view of the same, following the judgment dated 12.11.2015 rendered by this Court in W.A.No.877 of 2015, this Writ Appeal is also disposed of with similar directions as ordered in the said judgment. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
