Sri. Nalla Veera Prasad v. The Inspector General (Registration)
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21795 OF 2011 ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the lis in the writ petition is covered by the judgments of Haji Mohammed Ahmed v. State of Andhra Pradesh1 and Thota Ganga Laxmi v. Government of Andhra Pradesh2. The same is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.
In view of the same, this writ petition is allowed in terms of above judgments declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in registering the Revocation of Gift Deed document No.893 of 2005, dated 20-08-2005 as illegal and arbitrary and the same is set aside. However, this will not preclude the 4th respondent from availing other remedies available under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
