Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

Pursuant to the undertaking given on 19-12-2014, learned counsel for the respondents has handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs.1,91,000/- to the 1st petitioner and the same is acknowledged by the 1st petitioner.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
