THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.4297 of 2015 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioners 1 to 6 are seeking stagnation increment and have placed reliance upon the order dated 28.09.2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.23783 of 2012. Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC appearing for the respondents submits that since the case of each petitioner is required to be examined for extending the said benefit, petitioners may have to be permitted to submit appropriate representation before respondents 2 and 3 respectively and on such representation, respondents 2 and 3 would dispose of the same by following the directions issued by this Court in the aforesaid order. For reasons alike, as were mentioned in the said order, this Writ Petition is allowed directing APSRTC to consider the petitioners' cases for granting special grade increment on completion of 20 years of service by considering their total service in APSRTC irrespective of the regions and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
