The de-facto complainant and the petitioners/ accused 1 to 4 are present before the Court. The de-facto complainant filed I.A.No.2 of 2018, under Section 151 C.P.C. r/ w Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking permission of this Court to compound the offence in FIR No.820 of 2016 stating that the matter has been amicably settled outside the Court for purchase of peace and that the parties entered into a memorandum of understanding and as per the terms of the said memorandum of understanding they entered into a compromise. The de-facto complainant also filed I.A.No.1 of 2018 to record the compromise and quash the proceedings in FIR No.820 of 2016.

Having regard to the above, permission is accorded for compounding the offence and the compromise is recorded and therefrom the proceedings in F.I.R. No.820 of 2016 dated 17.12.2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, Rangareddy District is hereby quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.

In the result, I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2018 are allowed and W.P.No.73 of 2017 is disposed of in terms of the compromise. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
