Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.1 to 5. 2.

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in taking action on the applications, dated 15.05.2012 and 29.03.2018, filed under Section 9-A of A.P. Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973, in respect of the lands held by late Syed Saber Ali, situated at Jampally village, Bibinagar Mandal, Yadadri Bhongir District, the present writ petition is filed. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already filed applications under Section 9-A of the Act before respondent No.3District Collector, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider the application made by the petitioners, dated 29.03.2018, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case, the application dated 29.03.2018 is not available in the office of respondent No.3, respondent No.3 shall intimate the same to the petitioners and on such intimation, the petitioners shall file a fresh application, ventilating their grievance. It is needless to mention that respondent No.3, before initiating any proceedings/enquiry, shall obligated to put all the interested parties including respondent Nos.6 to 13 herein on notice and given them an opportunity of hearing.

Since this Court directed the authorities to put all the interested parties on notice before passing any orders, notice to respondent Nos.6 to 13 in the present writ petition is dispensed with and the matter is disposed of at the admission stage. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
