This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a direction to the respondents to absorb the petitioner in the post of Hammer or any other suitable post.

Heard Sri K. Srinivas Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation.

It is the case of the petitioner that he submitted a representation to the respondents to consider his case for absorption, but the respondents have not considered his representation.

This Court having considered the submissions made by the petitioner is of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period
