O R D E R

By order dated 27.03.2015, this writ petition was adjourned to today finally, duly noting that failure to take steps for amendment of the cause title would entail its dismissal.

However, no steps have been taken for amendment of the cause title and the case, as it stands, has been instituted against the Government of Andhra Pradesh, which is not sui juris as per Section 79 CPC and Article 300 of the Constitution. The writ petition is therefore dismissed on this ground. Interim order dated 25.04.2012 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
