THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.4713 of 2022 ORDER:

This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed by the XII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad in Crl.MP.No.774 of 2022 in Crime No.793 of 2020, dt.29.04.2022, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioner/Accused, he was directed to execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the surety amount from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.5,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each.
