THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27440 of 2006 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner and not implementing the directions issued by this Court in Contempt case No.958 of 1996, dated 31.8.1999 as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the principles of natural justice and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner in the post of driver from the date of his appointment with all consequential benefits.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that during pendency of the writ petition, by proceedings No.A8(1)/474/2007 dated 14.11.2008, the services of the petitioner was regularized.

Having regard to the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
