THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 32491 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of Respondents 2 and 3 in threatening to arrest the petitioner in connection with FIR No. 107 of 2014 on the file of Ramabhadrapuram Police Station, dated 25.04.2014, on the complaint made by the 3rd respondent herein, as arbitrary and illegal.

Though stay of all further proceedings, pursuant to Crime No. 107 of 2014, including arrest of the petitioner, has been sought for as an interim relief, considering the fact that he has not been shown as accused in that crime, the Writ Petition itself is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if he apprehends arrest, to approach the competent criminal Court seeking anticipatory bail. As and when such an Application is filed, the Court concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders thereon. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
