This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioners/A.3, A.5, A.6 and A.7 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.163 of 2014 of Nandikotkur Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 324, 354-A and 506 r/w. Section 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed and numbered as C.C.No.400 of 2014.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
