THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.16643 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The applicant in O.A.No.1815 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, is before this Court aggrieved by the order dated 04.05.2016 passed therein. By the said order, the Tribunal directed the Commissioner of Endowments, Andhra Pradesh, to examine the representation dated 02.05.2016 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon. It appears that pursuant to the aforestated order, the Commissioner of Endowments, Andhra Pradesh, rejected the said representation under Memo dated 18.08.2016. A copy of the said Memo is placed before us.

In the light of the aforestated developments, Sri Prabhakar Peri, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant, states that his client may be granted leave to independently challenge the aforestated Memo dated 18.08.2016.

The writ petition is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievance, if any, vis-à-vis the Memo dated 18.08.2016 passed by the Commissioner of Endowments, Andhra Pradesh, in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
