ORAL ORDER:

Heard both sides and with their consent, writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner claims that he was operating a public toilet and while providing service to the public, he was also eking out his livelihood by maintaining the public toilets. The said public toilets were removed for widening of the road. After the road is widened, petitioner is not allowed to construct the public toilets. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a representation was submitted on 2.12.2016 by the petitioner, which is yet to be disposed of. Having regard to the fact that petitioner is physically challenged person, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2.12.2016 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, taking note of physical deformity of the petitioner. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
