This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr. P.C. challenging the order dated 16.12.2016 in Crl.M.P. Sr.No.1276 of 2015 in CC No.511 of 2009 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Karimnagar.

Sri N. Hari Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to re-submit the petition before the lower court. Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Office is directed to return the material papers as per law.
