THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.18666 OF 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in failing to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner society dated 20-07-2009 in implementing the Clusters Scheme in favour of the petitioner society as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to implement the scheme to the petitioner society by duly allowing the members of the petitioner society consortium by passing appropriate orders on the representation, dated 20-07-2009.

In view of interim direction granted by this Court on 25-08-2010 directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20-07-2009 and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
